Delivery Restrictions

Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Orders are dispatched on working days (Monday through Friday). You will be asked to provide contact information during checkout so that you can be contacted about your order or delivery. You will also be asked to provide an email address or contact number, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed. Please note: We cannot take responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses entered at the checkout. Any loss caused by incorrect addresses, financial or otherwise, will be your responsibility, unless the negligence is ours. Orders are delivered by Royal Mail or DPD Courier, and are subject to the terms and conditions of these third parties.

Return Policy

Free returns

Personalised items are non-refundable unless they contain manufacturing errors or are damaged. In the unlikely event an item contains an error or sustains damage during delivery, we will happily replace it and cover postage costs for you to return the original. Returns should be made using The Little Picture Company sticky address label on the delivery note. Refunds will be made to your original card/payment method. BEFORE UPLOADING YOUR IMAGE:
Please change the image name to your first and last name or the name that will be on the billing details so that we can match your photo with your order.
Please try and send your images cropped in a similar format to the product and make sure your image has enough space around the subjects to ensure the best result.
