Delivery Options
FREE UK DELIVERY: 3-5 working days on orders placed Mon-Fri before 3pm, PRIORITY DELIVERY 2-3 working days on orders placed Mon-Fri before 12pm, EXPRESS NEXT DAY DELIVERY (Order before 11am from Monday to Thursday for next working day delivery), SATURDAY DELIVERY options are available (order before 10am on Friday). See prices during checkout.
Delivery Restrictions
Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Orders are dispatched on working days (Monday through Friday). You will be asked to provide contact information during checkout so that you can be contacted about your order or delivery. You will also be asked to provide an email address or contact number, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed. Please note: We cannot take responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses entered at the checkout. Any loss caused by incorrect addresses, financial or otherwise, will be your responsibility, unless the negligence is ours.

Return Policy
Free returns
Personalised items are non-refundable unless they contain manufacturing errors or are damaged. In the unlikely event an item contains an error or sustains damage during delivery, we will happily replace it and cover postage costs for you to return the original. Returns should be made using The Little Picture Company sticky address label on the delivery note. Refunds will be made to your original card/payment method.
